During my time in the studio I was able to learn many different jobs that enchanced my knowledge of production in the media world. Out of the many jobs, there were three that stood out from the rest; Director, Floor Director, and Camera Operator. While I was director, I thought it was interesting that one word could mess up the whole process, and I liked the exact nature of it. When I was the floor director, it was the same feeling. One thing that I found when I was the floor director was that timing was very important, and when I would mess up the timing the whole production would mess up. Finally, I really liked being the camera person, because of the satisfaction that I would get when I set the shot up just right. Overall, I felt that each job was very important, and very vital to the production process as a whole.

Something that I liked about the experience was that I was able to look back at memories that I had forgotten. I learned that I shouldn't have the same type of shot in a row. Some challenges that I faced were that I didn't know what topics to choose. I solved them by grouping different videos together. If I were to do this project again, I might have written my script beforehand, instead of during the project To see the "I am video" Click: Video |
