1. You always need the six following items whenever you conduct any type of shot; camera, tripod, headphones, microphone, batteries, and media. 2. There are three types of shots that are very important to engage the viewer. These shots are called "Wide, Medium, and Tight" 3. While you are shooting, you need to think like an editor, and focus on what they would include in a production. 4. You should base your shots on how you naturally focus your attention in daily life, so that your work looks both professional and natural. 5. You should always start recording shortly before the interview starts. This way you are positively able to have all elements of what was said.
